  • Experience with energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects is a plus, e.g., substations, battery storage facilities, cable routes, foundations, or technical operating facilities

  • High standards for quality, documentation, organization, and adherence to deadlines

  • Independent, solution-oriented, and meticulous work style

  • Strong communication skills when interacting with government agencies, planners, project partners, and internal departments

  • Willingness to travel for project meetings, site visits, and coordination with government agencies in the DACH-region

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects

  • Responsibility for preparing, submitting, and monitoring permit applications

  • Coordinating procedures related to building, trade, and electricity regulations, particularly regarding permits for operating facilities, building permits, and project requirements under energy law

  • Preparing and contributing to tender, contract award, and billing documents

  • Supporting cost, schedule, and quality planning from the early project phase
